To where do you ship the Brewie+?
As of now, we ship Brewie+ to Australia, Canada, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the US. In case you are out of these countries, then please contact support@sunnhordlandbryggeri.no or at Facebook
How long is shipping time?
Shipping time can vary depending on your location and the product you purchased. The exact shipping time is displayed in the product description. You will also receive an estimated time of shipping after purchase.

In what currencies can I pay?
In the webshop you can pay with USD for all purchases.
If you prefer to do wire transfer then you can pay with EUR, USD or HUF as well.

Do I receive a receipt after purchase?
Yes, of course! Once you finalize your order, you’ll receive an automatic message which includes your purchase information and a receipt for your purchas(es).
In case of wire transfer you will receive the invoice in an email from one of our colleagues.
Is there a warranty on Brewie?
Brewie has a warranty of 12 months, which naturally starts counting on the day you receive your Brewie. This timeframe differs in countries which defines longer minimum warranty times on a legal basis.
Do the Brewie Pads expire?
Brewie Pads have a lifetime of approximately 12 months – but it will be displayed on their packaging, naturally. However, make sure that neither the malt, nor the hops are exposed directly to sunlight – it can fasten up the expiring process.
My purchase was unsuccessful – what went wrong?
If a purchase was unsuccessful, it might have been only an administrative issue. Please, contact us and state the error message you received – from then, we’ll be able and happy to help you!
I have not received any confirmation of my purchase in the Brewie Shop.
